You will be using Medatrax to record your APRN clinical hours throughout your program. Specific requirements are outlined in your course materials. Medatrax is a comprehensive data tracking system and management tool for graduate nursing students. Medatrax is independent of Canvas and West Coast University. Your Medatrax account is free with your WCU program enrollment.

First–Time Users

Your initial username and password will be sent to your WCU email from a Medatrax Account Specialist before the start of your course where experiential hours are required. If you have not received your user ID, please contact webmaster@medatrax.com or 1-800-647-4838, Ext. 1 to retrieve it.

On the first Friday of each month, Medatrax offers live virtual student training. The schedule for upcoming sessions is listed on the Medatrax student homepage under Messages. Click a training session you can attend and register through the links provided after each date/time.
