Students in the Nurse Practitioner programs take a diagnostic 3P examination to evaluate their knowledge and readiness for clinical practicum. The 3Ps stand for advanced pathophysiology, advanced pharmacology, and advanced health/physical assessment.
The 3P Examination will be given in NURS 682 Care Coordination and the Role of the Advanced Practice Nurse course. The 3P MyQBank questions help students develop their APRN foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills in these three domains.
