Attendance
OSI attendance is mandatory. Students are required to attend the scheduled on-site intensive in its entirety (both days) to pass the associated course
- Students are expected to dress professionally. Lab coat is required.
- The use of cell phones or any other electronic devices in the classroom are only permitted for course-related activities.
- Students are expected to be prepared and on time and return from breaks in a timely manner.
- Students actively engage and participate in learning activities. The student is present for the entire OSI.
- Students maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward peer and faculty feedback, listen attentively to instructions and fully engages in all on-site intensive activities.
- Students arrive prepared and complete activities within the clinical time frame.
Note: Alternate OSI dates are not available. OSI dates are established in advance and published in the Clinical Information Center (CIC) ahead of the scheduled terms. If emergency circumstances occur, faculty must be notified as soon as possible.

After attending the On-Site Intensive, complete the assignment related to your attendance and participation.
