Nursing students from American Career College-Los Angeles were selected to receive $2,000 scholarship gifts from the Los Angeles Downtown Medical Center this July.
Hospital owners Vicki Rollins and Bill Nelson, along with CEO Mark Valentino, distributed the checks during the summer health fair to the 15 associate degree in nursing students from ACC-Los Angeles to support their choice of working in healthcare.
