Rosie's path to ACC began in 2018, starting as a part-time instructor before moving into her current leadership role. Her background spans elementary education and a dynamic nursing career in ER and trauma settings.
"I thought management was all about sitting in a cubicle, viewing people as numbers. But at ACC, it’s so much more than that. We know our students, their stories, and their struggles. Here, management is about connection and collaboration," she said.
