ATI Focused Review and Template Instructions

Focused review/remediation and required remediation document must meet the following criteria:

1. If not done in the classroom, the first attempt must be completed with a closed book and without additional resources.
2. Use the 3 Critical Concepts — Remediation Document
3. The focused review Post-Study quiz must be completed if assigned with an uploaded screenshot.
4. Focused review topics that are assigned must be included in the 3 Critical Concepts — Remediation Document to correlate with the ATI Individual Performance Profile report.
5. The 3 critical concepts must be typed with complete and thoughtful answers.
6. The work for each assignment must be original. Assignments are not to be re-used.
7. In one submission, attach both documents: 1) the ATI Individual Performance Profile report and 2) the Completed 3 Critical Concepts - Remediation Document.
8. You may submit your work before the due date, but not ahead of week 5 or 6.
