ATI Focused Review and Remediation Document Instructions

After completing the assigned ATI assessment, follow the steps below to complete the focused review and remediation document.

Step 1

Go to the Results tab in My ATI to access the focused review. Complete the assigned review and, if applicable, the Post-Study Quiz.

Step 2

Download a copy of the ATI Individual Performance Profile report.

Step 3

Download the Critical Points Remediation document.

Edit icon

Step 4

Complete all sections of the document: Date/Name, NCLEX Category, Clinical Judgment Skills, Common Mistakes, and Critical Points for topics to be reviewed.

Step 5

Complete five critical points for each topic. All topics on the ATI Individual Performance Profile report must be completed. Topics in the critical points remediation document must match the ATI Individual Performance Profile report.

Step 6

In one submission, attach both documents: (1) the ATI Individual Performance Profile report and; (2) the completed Critical Points Remediation Document.

Note: The five critical points must be typed with complete and thoughtful answers and in your own words. Do not copy and paste from your sources. Each remediation assignment must be original work; assignments are not to be reused.
